Dan Tyminski & Ronnie Bowman are acclaimed musicians and vocalists in their own rights, and combined are a performing force. They have recorded and performed together on countless occasions over the years, most notably during their time as members of the award-winning group, the Lonesome River Band. Together or separately, their list of achievements is impressive. Since 1994, Tyminski’s instrumental skill and burnished tenor have been key components of Alison Krauss and Union Station, one of the most successful bluegrass bands of the modern era. Yet he may be most recognized as the singing voice of George Clooney in the hit film, O Brother, Where Art Thou? Bowman’s musical reach also includes a stellar list of songwriting credits for artists including Lee Ann Womack, Kenny Chesney, and Bill Gaither, as well as Brooks and Dunn’s #1 smash, “It’s Getting Better All the Time.” Collectively, Dan and Ronnie have been awarded the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Male Vocalist of the Year award seven times.
